With the support and collaboration of the Arab Industrial and Mining Training and Consultancies Institute (AIMTCI), affiliated with the Arab Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining Organization (AIDSMO), the Palestinian Federation of Industries – through the Innovation and Industrial Modernization Center (IIMC) – held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, a specialized training workshop titled: "Operational and Production Efficiency".
This initiative came as part of the "Self-Capacity Development for the Federation and Specialized Federations" project, targeting administrative and technical personnel, production, engineering, maintenance, and quality managers, alongside sustainability officers in industrial facilities in the State of Palestine.
The workshop addressed the applied concepts of operational excellence, focusing on the implementation of the Lean Energy Management methodology and waste reduction mechanisms to raise production efficiency. This step embodies the Institute's strategic objectives of providing technical support, transferring knowledge, and offering modern solutions to build the capacities of Arab industrial cadres, thereby enhancing institutional readiness and competitiveness to achieve the goals of sustainable industrial development.
