The Arab Institute for Training and Industrial and Mining Consultations (AIMTCI), affiliated with the Arab Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining Organization (AIDSMO), concluded the activities of the specialized training program on the subject of: "Human Resources Development" (RHD), which was held during the period extending from June 11 to 15, 2026, in cooperation with Inspirsa Company.
And the program included the discussion of several prominent axes, which included strategic planning for human resources, and mechanisms of job analysis and description, in addition to performance evaluation and talent management systems, reaching to the determination of training needs and the development of career paths to ensure enhancing the efficiency of the human element in institutions.
