Developing professional skills in the Sigma 6 program, Green Belt - Black Belt
Theoretical Background of the Program
The Professional Skills Development Course in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is based on the Six Sigma methodology, which aims to improve quality and reduce process variation through the application of statistical tools and scientific approaches. The program focuses on enhancing operational processes to achieve higher efficiency and reduce defects and errors.
The Green Belt equips participants with an understanding of the fundamental principles of quality improvement and the application of Six Sigma tools in specific projects. The Black Belt provides a deeper level of knowledge, enabling trainees to lead large-scale process improvement projects and train others in the Six Sigma methodology.
The program covers the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) as a framework for process analysis and improvement, in addition to using tools such as root cause analysis and statistical analysis to enhance quality and efficiency.
