Inauguration of the Specialized Training Program: "Deploying AI Tools and Agents in Industry" in the State of Palestine

Within the framework of the Capacity Building and Economic Resilience Program (ERP), and in cooperation with the Arab Institute for Industrial and Mining Training and Consultancies (AIMTCI) and the Arab Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining Organization (AIDSMO), the General Federation of Palestinian Industries – Innovation and Industrial Modernization Center (IIMC) organized, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, the specialized training program titled "Deploying AI Tools and Agents in Industry." Tailored for industrial personnel and enterprises in the State of Palestine, the program aims to develop human capabilities and enhance their readiness to meet the requirements of digital transformation and smart manufacturing. Its proceedings highlighted the emphasis placed by representatives of the organizing entities and the project on the importance of investing in capacity building and addressing the actual technical needs of industrial enterprises. Furthermore, the program adopted an operational methodology centered on transferring direct training impact to the work environment and reinforcing governance and transparency standards, thereby contributing to enhancing the competitiveness and economic resilience of the Palestinian industrial sector. The program covered five primary modules: AI Fundamentals and Prompt Engineering, Intelligent Agents and Automation, Data Analytics and Quality, Supply Chains and Accounting, and Marketing and Practical Applications. The methodology relied on hands-on application and real-world case studies, enabling participants to develop directly applicable smart solutions and tools that elevate operational efficiency and improve productivity within industrial facilities.

Conclusion of the Workshop on "Operational Efficiency and Sustainable Productivity" in the State of Palestine

The Arab Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining Organization (AIDSMO) and the Arab Institute for Industrial and Mining Training and Consultation (AIMTCI), in cooperation with the Palestinian General Federation of Industries and the Innovation and Industrial Modernization Center (IIMC), concluded the specialized workshop entitled "Operational Efficiency and Sustainable Productivity", held on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in the State of Palestine. This initiative comes within the framework of ongoing efforts to support and develop the capabilities of the Arab industrial sector and empower it to face developmental and operational challenges. The workshop witnessed broad participation from representatives of industrial enterprises and professional cadres in the State of Palestine. The sessions addressed vital topics aimed at enhancing participants' operational skills, transferring best field practices to raise productivity efficiency levels, and consolidating sustainability concepts and standards in managing daily industrial operations, thereby contributing to improving output quality and optimizing resource utilization. The organization of this workshop underscores the commitment of both the Organization and the Institute to continue providing technical and training support to industrial institutions and enterprises in the State of Palestine. It also reflects their dedication to modernizing the national industrial infrastructure and qualifying human resources to enhance the competitiveness of local industry and ensure its sustainability in line with regional and international standards.

Conclusion of the training course on Agile Transformation through Artificial Intelligence

As part of its ongoing efforts to modernize the Arab training ecosystem and enhance competitiveness in the digital economy, the Arab Institute for Training and Industrial and Mining Consultations (AIMTCI), an affiliate of the Arab Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining Organization (AIDSMO), concluded the specialized training program, "Artificial Intelligence for All: From Fundamentals to Applications." Held virtually from June 23–26, the program drew wide participation from professionals, researchers, students, and digital transformation enthusiasts. The program featured deep academic discussions on integrating emerging technologies into Arab institutional and research environments through three integrated workshops. The first addressed theoretical aspects, exploring the core concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) architecture. The second focused on practical application, examining the integration of smart tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Predictive Analytics into institutional, academic, and research environments. The third workshop covered regulatory standards and tech governance to ensure Responsible AI, address algorithmic bias, protect digital privacy, and counter cybersecurity threats. Concluding the program, participants commended its advanced scientific level, emphasizing the role of such forums in raising technological awareness and combating digital illiteracy in the region. This reflects AIDSMO and AIMTCI's commitment to meeting the immediate needs of Arab scientific communities, bolstering their competitiveness amid rapid global digital economy transformations.
